About
Capitol Lakes
History & Values
Capitol Lakes has been proudly serving seniors since 1975. Originally built by Methodist Retirement Services, later known as Meriter Retirement Services, Capitol Lakes came under the management of Pacific Retirement Services in January 2008. Since that time, PRS has overseen the state-of-the-art renovation and remodeling of Capitol Lakes’ apartments and community spaces.
In March 2009, Capitol Lakes received a Silver Award in the Restoration/Renovation category of the Projects of Distinction 2008, an awards program presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin, Inc.
