Staying active is important for everyone, but especially so as we age. At The Regent, fitness in every form is a top priority, with countless opportunities and amenities to hone your best physical self. The indoor pool and spa offer the low-impact benefits of lap swimming, water-based fitness classes, and more. Our fitness center is stocked with treadmills, CyberCycle, TRX Suspension Training, free weights, elliptical machine and more for a great, well-rounded workout. If a little more motivation is needed, a personal trainer can help you one on one.

LIVING, LEARNING & EXPERIENCING

Wellness goes beyond the gym, and life at The Regent offers a number of ways to bolster your social, intellectual, and vocational well-being as well. Share off-campus excursions with fellow Members as you explore museums and art galleries, or take in a lecture from an in-house expert on any number of subjects. We also host dozens of interest groups formed by your fellow Members that meet regularly, and if there isn’t a group for one of your passions, you can start your own!
