A Life Plan Community offers an independent lifestyle in a vibrant community, which includes outstanding amenities and services with a plan for short- and long-term care. As a Life Plan Community, residents at Rogue Valley Manor live independently in a range of possible home choices on our spacious campus. Our holistic approach to aging allows for a hassle-free lifestyle with wellness, peace of mind, and continuing care in one location.
We take care of the daily hassles of life so residents enjoy maintenance-free living, easing the burdens of home ownership. At Rogue Valley Manor, the scope of our services are unmatched! We offer several dining options with a variety of quality, nutritious, and choice meals. In addition, our community offers a comprehensive wellness program including access to lifelong learning classes, a fitness center, and other conveniences. There are numerous recreation activities on campus to help you lead your engaged lifestyle with access to a vibrant community of residents who will enhance your social life.

Our residents are interested in a vibrant independent lifestyle, just like you. Community residents are engaged and interested in activities that positively impact culture and community. Residents have purpose, want to give back, and spend their time in authentic connection with the world around them. Residents enjoy a variety of activities at Rogue Valley Manor, much of which is resident driven and staff supported. Our community supports wellness through fitness and health as well as provides intellectually stimulating activities to engage the mind. From an on-site golf course to a craft room and hobby shop to our club lounge and yoga classes, community residents can design an activity schedule that meets all of their desires. We are the only not-for-profit Life Plan Community in southern Oregon with access to a regional airport, recreation, and arts and culture. In addition, our 668-acre campus is bustling and expansive with incredible views of the Rogue Valley. Our community is welcoming and supportive with engaged residents who will help you settle in at the Manor.
Our community is located on a beautiful campus overlooking the Rogue Valley. Living at Rogue Valley Manor gives you access to Crater Lake, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Table Rock, and endless recreational activities. We are near to all the town services you would need including Medford’s hospitals and health care clinics, large and small grocery stores, banks, and shopping. Nearby is historic Jacksonville, home to a thriving arts scene with the Britt Music & Arts Festival showcasing music from all over the world. The Rogue Valley is also known for its farmers markets, pear orchards, vineyards, and amazing culinary scene with a diversity of restaurants in Medford, Ashland, and beyond. Rogue Valley Manor offers a village of cottage residences that come in a variety of styles and sizes, from one to three bedroom. We also offer apartment residences in a variety of sizes and styles. We offer on-site exceptional short-term and long-term care as part of our healthcare continuum. At Rogue Valley Manor, our healthcare services include Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Memory Care, an onsite clinic for routine medical appointments, and Residential Living. The monthly fee at Rogue Valley Manor covers a range of exceptional services and amenities at our Southern Oregon premier 668-acre campus. This fee is dependent on plan and type of residence. We have three plans available based on your financial needs: a Lifestyle Plan with a community fee, a continuing care retirement plan with a traditional entrance fee, and a 90% refundable entrance fee plan.
