Assisted Living

Our River Tower is home to spacious one-bedroom Assisted Living apartments with full kitchens. Designed to help residents maintain their treasured independence, these homes provide a place where residents who need a little help with the activities of daily living can truly enjoy life. Caregivers are available to help residents with activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and eating.

Memory Care

At Trinity Terrace, we know the impact Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases can have on families. That’s why we offer a specialized Memory Support Program that combines specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space so residents and their families can find joy and meaning each day.

This deliberate approach to memory support seeks to minimize behaviors associated with dementia and restore idyllic, peaceful feelings from the past. We tailor our approach based on each individual’s values, strengths, desires, and needs. We don’t challenge residents to adapt to our environment; we adapt our environment to support the unique needs of each person we serve.

Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Our on-site, Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers an array of rehabilitation services, short-term skilled nursing care for individuals recovering from illness or injury, and long-term care for those needing nursing services for longer periods. Our staff of licensed and certified professionals review each resident’s Plan of Care with the resident’s private physician. They also work with visiting doctors, dentists, and podiatrists in order to customize each care plan with the goal of getting you back to your normal life as quickly as possible.
